About a roofer. We do not do roofing work, so we cannot settle disputes over a roofer's workmanship, pricing or contract. Complaints about a contractor go to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at (602) 542-1525 or through its website. You can also let us know, so we can decide whether to keep sending requests to that roofer.

About an insurer. Questions or complaints about an insurance company's handling of a claim belong with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions.

About a door-to-door sale. If you signed a contract at your home and want out of it, read the cancel terms in the contract and the Arizona rules summary on this site, and act quickly.

What we ask. Please include the date, your town and the name of any company involved, so the right person can follow up.
